Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads and pastas, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your Wildgrain experience. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please reach out so we can make it right through a refund or replacement.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the shipping box and the specific items that were damaged or unsatisfactory within 7 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our Member Experience team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos you captured.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement shipment or a partial/full refund is appropriate.
Resolution Delivery
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or a new tracking number will be issued for your replacement box.
